Ive ran my car, a 90 Civic Si, at LACR, My car was stock, basically all it had was a No Name Brand Intake. Im not the most skilled racer though-
My Car ran 18.07, that was the best I did-BUT thats with a .087 Reaction Time.

Hey Steve you need to practice!
I ran a 18.4 when my car was an automatic DX!!! You should be able to get your car "SI" to run high 16's if you are a good driver.

My best so far has been 14.8 @ 90.5, a 91 Si with a B16A swap and LS tranny( longer gears). Haven't run with the turbo yet, though...

What about a civic with a zc in it? Intake exhaust cam gear at 4 degrees advance and a v-force jet ecu chip. I'm hoping 15.0
